Explore best practices for integration of LVER staff into the Business Services function while remaining in compliance with Title 38 Chapter 41. Since the mandated JVSG refocus per Veterans’ Program Letter 3-14, AJCs nationwide have sought to strike a balance between staying true to programmatic parameters and effective integration of LVER staff into the existing Business Services team. Region 21 has taken a proactive approach that goes beyond simply making LVERs active members of the business services team, instead placing them front and center as prime movers in the labor exchange function.
