Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

The Performance Funding Model (PFM) was designed as a concept to apply different metrics to determine the success of Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDBs) in Florida. The introduction of the model has brought excitement, curiosity, trepidation, and angst. As we head into the second year of evaluation for awards, join us to learn the following:
- How the first year awards were granted
- Which metrics were carried over into year two
- Which metrics were modified for year two and why
- How the metrics compare and contrast with the current USDOL metric model
- The metrics explained using simple denominator and numerator language familiar to LWDB executives and senior leadership
- Lessons learned from year one
- How to access the data that goes into the metrics

As time permits, other topics will be discussed as well. It is desired that participants will have a better understanding of the PFM, in addition to learning strategies to continuously improve services to both business and employee customers.
