To implement the systems-change goals of the ApprenticeshipUSA Expansion Grant, three work groups were established to a) expand outreach to and participation of businesses in the targeted industries; b) increase the number of individuals enrolled into registered apprenticeships from under-represented populations (minorities, women, youth, veterans, individuals with disabilities, offenders); and c) integrate data systems that involve case management and/or federal reporting for workforce and apprenticeship programs.
