Limited Capacity seats available

The workshop will address the misconception that only significant MSFW multilingual career centers are charged with serving Limited English Proficient (LEP) and Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) customers. All career centers must provide Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFWs) with services that are qualitatively and quantitatively proportionate as those provided to other job seekers. The workshop will address the revised federal regulations and Wagner-Peyser/Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Services Administrative Policy sections that apply to all career centers. Career center roles and responsibilities will be discussed as they pertain to serving LEP and MSFW customers. The workshop is geared towards career center front-line staff, career center managers and board/program administration.
