Join us for a discussion of the PIRL and the WIOA Performance Measures that will cover the Title I (Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth) and Title III (Wagner-Peyser) programs. Attendees will learn about the Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) from a general to fairly detailed level. The structure of the file will be explained in addition to the over 220 current data elements being collected by USDOL-ETA for Title I and Title III programs. In addition to the detailed structure and data elements discussion; attendees will also learn how the data will be aggregated into the 5 New WIOA Non-Employer Measures.
