Limited Capacity seats available

Although each LWDB has a designated complaint specialist, all career center staff must be properly trained to identify, report and safe guard employment service and employment-law related complaints. When all staff are not aware of these requirements, customer complaints may go unreported and lead to customers not being afforded the legal protection that they are entitled to. This workshop will review the requirements of the complaint resolution system, discuss roles and responsibilities and highlighted changes the the complaint resolution system resulting from WIOA regulations. This presentation is recommended for career center front-line staff, complaint specialists, career center managers and program/board administration.

Note: This presentation is expected to be delivered in two parts. The second part will include a panel discussion of experts to apprised staff about employment-related laws.
