Limited Capacity seats available

The Ticket to Work Program and a strong relationship with Vocational Rehabilitation bring in unrestricted dollars and is a strategic approach to sustainability and collaboration in addressing the needs of people with disabilities receiving Supplemental Security Income/Social Security Disability Insurance (SSI/SSDI) cash benefits. With the continued decrease in funding it is important for workforce boards to find other means of sustainability, the Ticket to Work Program is a program that you can easily integrate into your existing business model. You are probably already serving a number of these customers in EFM. Payments received from Social Security are unrestricted dollars and can be used at the Employment Network’s discretion. Becoming an Employment Network is good for business by:
• Adding non-program specific revenue to your Board for flexibility in funding
• Enables Ticket Holders to help centers meet necessary performance measures through increased employment, earnings, and retention
• Creates the potential to earn over $25,340 in Milestone and Outcome payments for each Ticket Assignment
• Capitalizes on the work you already provide to people with disabilities by receiving payments for successful job placements
Another way to increase funding is to become a Vocational Rehabilitation Vendor.
• You can earn money from VR in the following areas:
o Partnership Plus - $1000/$2000
o Work Incentive Planning Assistance - $500 per Benefits Analysis
o Pre-Placement Training for Youth - $320 per youth trained
