In our modern world and working with so many customers and team members, we face every day the challenge of communicating, working and coexisting with persons from very different cultures. We serve customers from a huge spectrum: language, ethnicity, customs. The speaker will utilize her experience to discuss the basics on how to work with customers and coworkers from different cultures in an informal and even funny way. Will present examples of situations, video, pictures and real stories that will assist the guests to survive the challenging world of multiculturalism.
