Christine Sikora serves as the Vice President of Innovative Workforce Solutions at CareerSource Flagler Volusia. She oversees policy writing, procurement processes, service providers, compliance and performance. Christine leads the data team comprised of local education and economic development partners, to align community priorities and investments. She holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Psychology Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida.
